WP Rentals is a WordPress booking platform that allows you to post and offer daily or hourly rental listings (real estate or properties). You can allow users to register and publish their own listings, while you are charged a commission for each submission or for each confirmed booking.
Each listing supports: Default price per night (or per hour) Different night price for bookings over 7 days (or Custom hourly rate for bookings over 7 hours) Different night price for bookings over 30 days (or different price per hour over 30 hours), different price per night (or hour) on weekends, minimum number of days (or hours) of booking, price for an additional guest, cleaning and city tax (with the option of calculating them at night, by guest or by and night), deposit, taxes, early booking discount w% for advance bookings and much more.
In order to import the demo, you must install all plug-ins from the additional files to the template from the plugins directory. Core plugins should be installed from these additional files, not automatically. After installing the plugins, all plugins recommended for the template should be automatically installed.
