This Ninja Forms extension lets you create “smart” forms. The fields in these forms can dynamically change based on user input, show or hide fields based on a selected item, set field values based on a selection from a list, or display text or a link based on selected options. Starting with version 1.3, you can now create conditional notifications based on user input, as well as other built-in custom triggers.
