The Payment Gateway Based Fees plugin allows you to add a fee to your order, depending on the selected payment gateway. The fee may be automatically charged based on the price of certain products in the cart or the cart total, and may also be changed on the order by the store admin at any time. The fee can also be charged manually, i.e. if the customer wants to change the payment method after completing the checkout.
